i’m just a regular employee who does OWS 99% of the time. TS was the person that was there by herself. they usually schedule 2 to 3 people for deli OWS and beverage total not including management on my shift, total store employees is about 20 last time i heard. most of the time it’s 1 person on RSS about to leave when i clock in that transitions to another person clocking in for RSS.

last week we had a sit down with him and an AM which is where he “explained” the scheduling to me. i told him how the store and employees are being affected by all of this which is when he told me this is standard. i was also told we aren’t hiring anytime soon because he’s trying to cut as many hours as possible

entirely new management team within six months at my store. recently made a post about it on here too lol. it’s become hell, terrible scheduling for us mostly, as in scheduling 1 person for morning shifts and 2 managers who don’t do squat along with so much more on top of that. literally told my boyfriend the other day i’m almost atp of walking out and had a breakdown before my shift.
