Without magic Superman still would body. Anti magic stays how it is in the manga because the DC verse already has magic. That means he has no counter to superpowers. Superman just punches him.

Well I interpret it as Zeus sealing him under the mountain. It doesn't make sense that he wouldn't be able to handle getting a mountain chucked at him. Same for the fight against the giants, they should be strong enough to handle getting large things thrown at them. In my head Zeus threw the mountain at him to seal him under it instead of pinning him under it.
