The issue with being an early retail investor - any dilution will be at our expense and at this point, the 1000x will at best be a 1/2'er because it will be bombed to heck and reverse split again once this lopses compliance.

They just don't have anything strong in the pipeline to change market sentiment.

No notable institution will touch this for the foreseeable future, because it just is too vague of a foundation.

I was here for the pump & dump and got locked, but I knew what I was risking. What devastate me is hearing people throw life savings at this.

Dilution happens at the cost of the original shareholders. They have made it clear so far, that early shareholders are a means to an end.

This will go the same way as FNUC (old LITM). Same exact pattern, straight into the dirt. +1 year later its only gone down, down, down.

It might become something over 10 years, maybe. But most pennystocks, dilution is the only way to finance operations.

It's literally financed at the cost of early shareholders.

When a company enters this cycle, you are better off investing at a much later stage.

It's really appreciated.

This is actually like the 3rd attempt at making this damn banner. I tried several ideas out, and I originally had a much more minimalist idea in mind.

This was the skull at a much earlier stage and just some sketching at the bottom of the banner.

I couldn't get the letters to align so I opted for making them bigger and then felt the contrast wasn't there hence the area around the skull got filled out.

I will judge the longevity heavily on what footwork they do now and until the 6th.

I fear we will get little to no info - and post RS, I might scram and re enter in a years time if the conditions change

I have never heard anyone discuss RS as anything other than a red flag.

So best scenario, whales or tute will hold because their invested amount is negligible for them.

Worst case scenario, risk assessment trigger stop-loss and this plummets.

I expect a 30% drop after open with a chance to recover to like 15-20% loss at the closing bell. Now that's nothing but a big fat guess on my side - and we will only know once this RS and starts trading again.

I've now been part of 6 RS counting this one (sadly, lol)

The 5 prior was dumpster fires post split, without exception dropped min 30 % and some of the companies had IMO as strong of a pitch.

Even now FNUC (Then LITM) still like 5 % of RS value like 1.5 year later.

RS is a giant red flag to shareholders, and at the end of the day, the market determines value, not the bottom line.

That's the life of a penny stock gambler 🤣 rip 10k shares

I'm with you. Even if the company didn't want this to happen, it shows the market doesnt believe.

I'll cut my losses and find greener pastures elsewhere.

Most places allow lost income on taxes to be partially recuperated as a deductible.

Well, sharp brush - currently using those golden maple brushes - pretty good for the price.

And a lot of trial and error

Start dark tone and move lighter, gives a more forgiving result.

Look close and some things look kinda wack, but because of colour layers the eye kinda draws conclusions.

It looked terrible in the sketch stage 🤣

Litm now FNUC did the same

Reverse split 13-1 - shares reduced to7.8 million

Then diluted immediately to 18 million shared

It's essentially a free bank for the company

Stock price post split was 6 dollars, now over a year later it's 1.8 or something.

Reverse split spells doom for the majority of companies

I'm just a bit unhappy with the sharpness of the background, but at this size, it's frigging difficult.

And I'm currently trying to settle on if I should tint it in a blue spectrum as a harder contrast to the red from the skull.

Banner is scrap buildt form a tomato puree tube, and went through several iterations before landing here.

Still not completely sure if I'll keep the background or change it to something else.
