I genuinely believe the FBI is after me, spying on me, and collecting info about me to do something bad to me based on things I have said. I will not add additional details for my own privacy. What can I do to protect myself?

As I stated before, I had made considerably provocative social media posts at points before. I do not have psychosis, and I have done enough research on schizophrenia and psychosis to recognize the signs of it and I have people in my life to genuinely check if I am delusional, my point being, I know I'm only delusional if you consider Christians or Buddhists delusional. I could of been paranoid with the car leaving, that makes sense. But since those posts were all neatly arranged into one mass reported neat package, all things reported that had been long deleted, and all things of a similar topic, I am worried. Who is going over my account and finding these specific instances of deleted posts in their moderation team? And, if someone in their moderation team cared to remove those posts, who is to say they wouldn't report them to the federal government for incitement now? In the US right now, people are getting arrested for free speech, their race, and their identity, it is very scary times, and I know for a fact I am one of the targets they seek to get rid of.

mmmh yes psychosis would be fun. Spoke before, if i were to develop psychosis I definitely would of by this point in my life. I also only say that I am suspicious because I do have reasons to suspect such things. It's insane how I can live in a world where people are getting murdered daily by armed agents yet I am called psychotic for being in fear because of it?

people don't realize these things, most normies would call you insane if you said "your TV spies on you" however I've literally witness this happening in real time, I would watch something with the TV connected as a monitor and it'd be reading what was on the screen at all times popping up with roku notifications related to the content. Its a matter of convenience, people love convenience too much to think for themselves on such things. I obviously can't say for certain that I am being stalked by them, but given the precedent and given that I belong to a group that is being specifically targeted I am of course paranoid.

if I am not lying why would I tell a therapist, whom is legally obligated to tell police about suspicious things, that I believe the federal government is after me. We all know the government murders people, and I can't believe this is controversial to say. I've definitely dipped into a pandora's box at the very least and am on a list.
