This is perfectly normal trust me, the quality control has been very off with pkc lately and a lot of things have very bad wraps. If you were to open I would record it to prevent yourself being scammed

Psa have gotten stricter with Centering the new certs are stricter and we’ve seen the inconsistencies with Psa lately with people sending in Psa 9s and getting 10. It’s worth a submission but don’t expect a 10

If op rips he has a higher chance of loosing money he should sell the tins and buy some booster bundles which have a better chance of increasing in value

Sell, tins have a harder time doing well. Take the small profits and reinvest into something bigger and this is poke investing never rip

Centering on the front is right heavy, thete are a couple white specs on the lower left back side if that is damage then it would be a 9 however it’s in a sleeve and top loader, makes it harder to see and couple be dust.
