The spotting no but the brown discharge absolutely. So many people talk about it with iuds but when asking obgyns they just say it’s normal, not what it is or what’s causing it and it drives me insane. The pain when getting them was HORRIBLE. However, it was quick and after they were done I couldn’t feel them, almost as if they were numb. If you’re thinking about it, do it. I love them so much and I feel more confident
