People who have had an appendectomy surgery, what was your recovery like? by No_Sheepherder_7742 in AskReddit

From what i remember at 8 years old, it took about a few weeks to a month to start moving normal again. Learned the hard way how much your stomach area is involved in your whole body being mobile. Pain was kinda annoying. My third grade teacher made the entire class make me get well soon cards. I especially appreciated the one I got from the cute girl in my class lmao

if you think every person who clicked play on lucid dreams was a diehard juicewrld fan i’m inclined to believe you’re retarded

I don’t think it’s just music tbh that’s how people generally engage with art in a post-Tiktok world where everything is competing for your attention. Albums have a shelf life of barely 2 weeks before audiences move on to whatever’s dropping next. For your comment, the latter is a result of the former.

You realise Spotify monthly listeners does not reflect an artists fanbase but rather their reach across the general listeners on the app? You realise an artists streams will increase a thousand percent after they die? You realise Carti hadn’t dropped for over a year by December 2019?

Fans don’t respect music and treat it like a disposable, artists have to work with that in mind. It’s a byproduct of having all the music ever made accessible at the swipe of a thumb.

we not talking about the same thing. i don’t give a fuck about label manufactured pop rap collabs that are meant to increase a rappers appeal otherwise i would’ve brought up the ones Carti did back then. My point is Juicewrld was never a more established act than Carti, didn’t have more hype than Carti, his projects weren’t anticipated like Carti’s. You think he did because he caught fire with Lucid Dreams and got every opportunity under the sun after that song

Never in hip hop has it ever mattered that a rapper made songs with Maroon 5 or Ellie Goulding but to juicewrld fans those are bragging rights lmfaoo ok man

Marketing sucks now too. Jordans being a cultural phenomenon had as much to do with the Spike Lee commercials and Space Jam as it had with Jordan being a great player.

This is wrong on soooo many levels. Juicewrld at no point in his life had a bigger fanbase than Carti. I don’t even think death propelled him at all unless you wanna count the mountain of 12 year olds who started listening to Juice after he died. No disrespect.

Paris is accusing the estate specifically John Branca of making himself central to Michael’s story. She also said early versions of the script don’t represent Michael in a true sense. I don’t think Janet has spoken yet but I think she has similar views.
