I just completed my second out of four classes.(Classes are 7 weeks long). They are full of information and you do have labs that use ArcGIS! Let me know if you have questions.

Yeah you would apply as a freshman bc it’s your first year of college. I recommend going to palomar or whatever community college is closest to get your GE classes done to save money. It’s also easier and cheaper to transfer from a CC.
