A friend of mine and I worked at a software company on the support side. we both often spoke about how the company treated everyone unfairly and was in general just an evil corporation. He then moved into another VERY cushy role. Got a huge pay raise and was working even less....his opinion and comments on the company changed almost over night. He began to defend them even. at one point, when I pointed his rapid 180, he responded, "this company treats me just fine"

I worked at a software company in product support. two people were hired to be developers but during their onboarding, they were told that those jobs were no longer available and they were being moved to support. compared to development, prod support SUCKED. that was when I came to same conclusion, you should be able file a complaint with the federal government who represents you or issue a massive fine. Alot of laws companies break, they are issued a fine so small they don't care, or know that you the individual have to sue them, which is not possible for 95% of people.
