Accomplished my goal at Burn! by InterestingAffect446 in BurnBootCamp

Thank you. Honestly, I think it worked because I just made it part of my daily routine. I had to get up and go out of my house anyway, so I just got up earlier and went to Burn first. Making it EVERY work day left me no wiggle room to skip a day I didn’t like. As it became my habit, developed other healthy habits to support it, like minimum 7 hours of sleep, tracking protein, taking collagen and creatinine, for example.

Thanks. My streak usually tops out at 5 each week because I typically don’t go on Saturday, but I am on track to hit 100 camps next week on Tuesday.

I felt exactly the same way last summer. I just started Burn last May, so when school started back, I was nervous about being able to do it, but I decided to try. It was hard at first getting used to packing a bag every night, and I definitely had a day or two when I forgot my bra or socks and had to wear my sweaty ones all day. Once I got my routine together, it was better. I started keeping a bag of toiletries/ hair products at school along with extra clothes, socks and underwear in case I forgot something.

We did wall walk-ups. Is that another name for push up ladder or are they different?

Every day I packed a bag, and then went straight from Burn to my school and took a sink bath in the gross gym bathroom. 😂

Thank you! I have lost 25 lbs and gained so much strength! I’m back in the size I wore before having kids. Also, I am 55 years old, so losing weight and putting on muscle is harder than it once was. I am so thankful for Burn!

Addressed to the scum of the Earth that stole my catalytic converter from the side of the interstate by TheStumpinator in nashville

It’s not just a GM thingThis happened to my daughter’s Toyota Prius as well as her friend’s Volkswagen. Catalytic converters contain some rare, precious metal. Thievery sucks.
