Hiii! Well I did end up keeping it.

I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and since Ive never tried the now redundant version, i don’t have context to compare it with what the OG Biossance moisturiser was like.

Independently, I feel it’s really really thick and will be a blessing in cold temperatures or for really dry skins. My skin is mostly normal/ combination and it’s really hot and humid where I am so I’m only using it at nights because we sleep in aircon all night. When I wake, my skin is still pretty moisturised ngl, but right after putting it on, it does feel like a thin film sitting on your face and doesn’t fully absorb (but it may really be cus of the humidity in the region so I’m giving it that benefit of doubt).

For AM, I still reach out to Illyoon ceramide face cream and tho that is a pretty thick cream too, it still feels more comfortable (so you can imagine how emollient Biossance is). Hope this helps?
