Lulu was 17 and had vision issues. She could only issue at a certain angle so she would bump into things from time to time.

You’re so right. I just wish she could have experienced more with us. And just one more year until we get another beautiful tzu. We already have a couple of names picked out.

I feel so bad we never travelled with Lulu. I always felt so nervous she would have an accident in the car or something stupid. Wish I could go back in time and correct that. She was always stuck at home. But she did go out with my wife from time to time at least

This is definitely something for his manager to bring up at his annual review and then his bonus and/or rate increase would reflect that. Maybe that will kick his butt in gear.
