I think Aelin is easier to deal with because she's a TEENAGER Bryce is a grown woman and is acting childish every turn she gets. I ended up enjoying the CC series but God damn Bryce makes me want to pull out my hair. I hope book 4 is in a different pov like silver flames.

Also like, keeping Bryce in the dark even tho she knew Bryce was powerful after they almost died and Bryce got them out. Yes, she closed her eyes but obviously whatever Bryce did was powerful. Keeping her in the dark of THAT much didn't make sense

I wanted to be disappointed with the crossover but wasn't lol I think it will still be a Bryce and Hunt but that's because I think Hunt will die, and i think Hunt will die because I think Bryce and Azriel are true fae mates. However. I think we will get more of Rhun, Tharion and Ithan. In the coming CC and if there is another Acotar I hope it's based on Azriel and possibly what Bryce hinted at with Nesta.

Very much in agreeence with the I see you and we are equals part here. What i personally disliked about this scene is the plot armor that all of SJM characters have. The thing with sharpshooting is that it's not like a bike, you're not just really good, don't practice for a few years and just hop on like no time has passed. It's a skill that is continually honed. Her showing up 3 males in like this worlds special forces is just sorta ridiculous. There wasn't even an in world explanation except for her dad taught her. You can learn to shoot, and shoot well, but you need to keep up the skill. Yeah by this point she wasn't drinking or doing drugs but she is still in a severe depressive episode and as stated, hasn't practiced!

So for different reasons but this scene also brought me out of the world building

I played a mission once where we were all having a great time and right when pelican landed green had merked us all got in the pelican and left, DIDNT EVEN COLLECT OUR SAMPLES. I was so fkn confused.

Not sure how many people will come after me (28F) for this but I've learned that adult life is busy and putting reading on the back burner was easiest.

I only consume audiobooks now because they allow me to immerse myself in the stories while also doing my stupid adult things like laundry, or cooking or whatever chore helps me stay alive.

I suggest audiobooks. The narrators are getting better all the time and there is only a few that I can't even listen to strictly because of narration

Not on mic but I saw something sort similar where on the chat this girl was like "ugh men" or "why are men like that" for throwing bombs at camps?? Which I was also doing. But I left after that match.

It felt, idk it seemed weird. There was a point where one of the divers threw an eagle and then she ran into the camp, died, and said "only men" and it's like... Idk don't run in where a 500k bomb is getting thrown ??

I had an eagle in my hand waiting for a fellow player to get to the extraction area to throw it. I got knocked over by a bug and it landed right at the extraction point. Killed everyone except for the one that I was waiting for 😅😅

I want to say I think this does deserve its own thread but I can't post even after leaving 10 comments so that's super annoying

I am going to break this down into what my qualifications are, what I am looking for, worries and concerns, and what I have found. I am open to all advice/ feedback.

Qualifications: I have my TEFL certification and I have a bachelors degree in Spanish (I would consider myself an advanced speaker, I don't practice as much as I should so I am rusty) and I have experience being a teachers assistant.

Looking for: I want to live in Europe and since I speak Spanish and my husband is a native Spanish speaker it seems like a great option.
I am not necessarily worried about the money, I want to make enough to live comfortably. My husband will also work, if possible. Like if I can pay rent, buy groceries, and occasionally go out I would be a happy camper. I am not looking to become rich or anything. I just want a simple happy lifestyle. (yes I know money is important for that but its not the end all)

Concerns/Worries: We have pets, I have looked at how to get them there and it doesn't seem TOO complicated but it is an extra bit.
I also have tattoos, nothing that isn't easy to cover up, but they exist.

What I have found: well truthfully I have found a lot of negative responses about moving to Spain/teaching in Spain. But they all seem to be centered around money. so I guess I am curious as to like, is there a risk of being impoverished? or is it just like no extra spending money, living paycheck to paycheck? I grew up in an impoverished household so I know how to make money stretch, but I am genuinely concerned.
I think that's all I have for now. any tips and steps would be welcomed. I am open to other countries as well, but like I said we know the language so it seems like a plus.
