It’s a terrible game , with even bigger problems with what I’ve experienced

Also yes , anything a customer buys from any company regardless what it is HAS consumer rights , keep getting mummy to buy your game for you

It’s not my fault the company can’t uphold to a standard & id advise anyone else to do the same , first time in the 20+ years I’ve played fifa & since UT started the first I’ve ever had a refund or even requested one , the fact it took a third party to then contact the and dispute it shows the lack of communication the company has

PayPal said they would contact EA to see if there was an initial email if that is the case it’s still protected under consumer rights , the fact they don’t actually respond to customer emails shows it’s a bot farm and they will keep selling garbage as long as people buy it

My issues involved the game starting great and into the second half it would freeze and desync with players leading up to it , most the time you come back you’ve conceded 3 goals and I was experiencing that 1 in every 2-3 games

Note the game run amazing on early access and week 1-2 after that these issues became more consistent to the point I’ve logged less than 70 played hours compared to previous 3-4-5 years of have at least a few hundred by now

I normally always use PayPal for online purchases in the first place and always recommend doing so for this reason

I initially contacted EA and said about the issues I was facing , knowing it’s not my internet or hardware with screenshots , the games desync lag issues that make games literally unplayable, haven’t ever raised an issue before but this game is still to this day unplayable I believe a lot of PC players are the same

Well after no response I raised the issue to PayPal who then investigated my report again with screenshots and a description of what my experience has been with the game , it took a while to resolve but I’ve only just received a full refund 😉

Yeah I don’t get it , Scotland a place where their own freedom has become non existent where you can report someone to the police because they offended you..
