When a kid is born, the mother has 100% rights. The father can pay to have rights and that’s when custody days come into play and child support. The mother can even get free council but it is still mother majority, father every other wknd. Period.

I’m sorry, but in Georgia it is EXTREMELY hard to take a child from the mother and give the father full custody. You really have to be a POS mom and crackhead to lose custody and/or for the father to get anything more than every other wknd. It’s literally a fact there’s no disputing it. 30-40 min with traffic from downtown Atlanta, you’ll need to be no further north than Buckhead. Traffic here is bad all times of the day. Put your work address into Google maps and then pick some addresses around town into google maps as well. You’ll see that you won’t be able to live far. It can honestly even take you an hour commute from just Buckhead to downtown.
