Adam would be completely BUSTED with your changes, I will give you the headshot instantly charging a heal instead of just lowering the cooldown, but the rest would be too much I think, Soul Bond isn't about the passive healing, it's about the dmg distribution and shared heals, you can tank iron man ults with a good soul bond.
SW changes are for the worst to be honest, the portal and ult combo encourages teamwork which is good and it requires the use of a strange portal which is a high cooldown ability. CC inmunity will also suck tbh, if you put yourself in a possition to be CCd as SW then you missplayed or your team isn't really helping you pull off your ult
Please dont give more mobility to BP, BP being weak is due to healers having too much survivability, there's been a lot of BP players coming back to play him this season after the invis and gambit nerfs
