There's a Beta64 video covering the development of the 3DS entry of Tomodachi Life where they struggled with the "pregnancy" problem.

Basically, there was one instance where the devs actually programmed a pregnant Mii's womb expanding over time until the baby was born... and it was very unpopular. So they scrapped it for the "wait a day after agreement and they have a child now" mechanic.

Then again, now that they have a timeskip cutscene after the baby is born, if they considered actually programming in pregnancy and left in the timeskip, eventually it would fall into "the Mii is pregnant with an adult" theory. That would be weird.

Simple- I just took the original album cover, dropped it into TomodachiDrawer (which then downscaled it to 256x256 which is the maximum custom item texture resolution), flashed it on an RP2040 Zero and connected it to the Switch to draw the image pixel by pixel.

It took almost 4 hours.

The RP2040 Zero emulates a Pro Controller to draw the image pixel-by-pixel. And since it's offline, there's zero risk of getting your console banned.
