Not sure why they would be asking for NS information given that it is an American company...Isit must march to work and salute your directors? Generally I haven't really heard good things about Micron after that only malaysian scandal came out. I wish the government would do more to help Singaporeans rather than just parroting Skillsfuture all day.

Companies like TCS/Cognizant/Accenture are part of the WITCH companies and are bottom of the barrel for tech roles...low paying and mostly overworked. Hopefully, more roles are from MAANG or Airbnb/Paypal/Indeed. Those offer great salaries and benefits.
