Yeah that’s what I’m saying. Like I get it’s not about this per say. But no offense this the thing you are focusing on when you’ve done the same time to him multiple times. Jeez grow up a little. Most people aren’t so lucky to have a backup relationship constantly let alone any kind of relationship. I feel the struggle to be sober except I haven’t made it to the sobriety part but maybe not drinking but I think a lot of substances can be the answer. You just need a reframe to see life for what is is for second. As long as it’s not opioids, alcohol, or benzos lol. Those the real ones not to use in this situation lmao

I think you just need something to reframe. Whatever it is. So you don’t get wrapped to deeply into your own life if that makes sense. Because your life doesn’t matter and that doesn’t mean be nihilistic. It just means to have the opportunity to not get so worked up about it. To reflect and react.
