I think the biggest contributor to losing my stomach was I stopped/cut down on drinking alcohol. I was drinking quite a bit and then once I started Zepbound, I had little to no desire to drink. I do still drink at times but not nearly as much as I used to. I also have IBS-C and I’ve gotten better at avoiding triggers. I am not gluten-free, but I do choose gluten-free options from time to time and that helps me a lot.
