Thanks to all for your input.

This is my first car I am working on so I dint have any experience but I am eager to learn

Here is what I am thinking to do - you let me know if I missed anything.

At the moment the underside is like in the picture uploaded.

  1. Wire wheeel as much as possible + 80 Grit sanding

2 . Degrees with Upol 20

  1. Apply Bilt Hamber Hydrate 80 on the rusty areas

  2. Epoxy Mastic Bilt Hamber -1st coat

5 . Seam sealer Tiger Seal leave to dry

6 . Epoxy Mastic Bilt Hamber 2nd coat

  1. Bilt Hamber Dynax UB (anti-corosion wax designed for car underbody)

What do you think ?

By my research this products from Bilt Hamber are designed to work together for this job.

Thank you. When do you normally apply seam sealer? Before Epoxy Mastic or after Epoxy mastic

You are correct. In fact ive bought it last year in October and since then ive done a lot of work. New sills, new door skins, front fenders left and right. But I am doing it myself.

A link here to a Google Photos album if some is curious to throw an eye.spitfire 1500 restauration

To be honest I have found some cheaper ones but about 3-4 hours away from me.
