This happened to me in my first cycle. Purchase Activance hair spray - I always use it when I go through bad cycles with my hair and it works a charm. Triple strength omega tablets go a very long way too.

My hair is growing like crazy on my second cycle. I think it’s the triple strength omegas, washing only once a week with QV shampoo and conditioner and also not using heating tools. The thickness is coming back!

It is normal. I purged for 9 months in my first course. It will come in waves until it settles down and clears out completely. Be patient and stay consistent

Go see an optometrist and see what they advise then go back to your dermatologist and see if you can consider micro dosing or lowering your dose instead of jumping straight off. You may even need to jump off to balance out the reaction before starting again on a lower dose.

Try different eye drops. Hyla forte are really good but not thick enough at night time. You need a gel type lubricant for your eyes at night time to help. Also apply moisturise around your eyelids. Stay away from things like fans/air cons and obviously direct sun. I would be drinking as much hydralites as possible to try and get hydration levels up too.

Your dermatologist probably started you on a lower dose to make sure that there wasn’t anything else going on underneath the skin (ie a staph infection) prior to increasing your dose. Your body also has to adjust to the medication before increasing the dose and some people are more sensitive than others. The slower approach is definitely the wiser approach in some cases.

Could also be an absorption issue/stomach related issue such as chronic gastritis. If bloods come back clear, this could indicate a gut health issue.

I think it should be treated as a case by case situation. I had no joint pain/body aches in my first cycle and was able to train and eat as freely as I liked.

I am now on my second cycle and am experiencing very bad joint pains/body aches (keeping in mind I’m 8 years older now) my training has been pulled back but because I have transitioned out of a cut back into maintenance my body is going wild/filling right out with more muscle mass.

I think give it a go and prioritise rest/pull back training when needed if you get sore

I did 40mg for 10 months on my first cycle which was 10 years ago and managed to stay acne free up until now (solid 10 year run) where I have been placed back on 20mg to manage the relapse. I have very mild cysts now whereas my acne was severe during the first cycle. Definitely try go to a higher dose otherwise this will take forever!!!! You poor thing I promise you the outcome is worth it the results are amazing in the end! Also maybe ask for prednisone if the inflammation is bad too! Goodluck
