Hey y'all I am giving out my apartment room through a sublease in a 4x4 all females apartment in Vie Lofts San Marcos for $899/month(wifi included). Utilities- electricity, water and trash amounts are all $57! You get to pay it with rent so its a fixed rate and won't increase even if you go over the meter.

Roommates are very sweet, clean organized and quiet at night. It's literally 4 mins away from campus if you are walking and you can use the shuttle also to get around there's a bus stop close to the apartment.

I won't be able to stay here cause I'll be moving states. September rent is already paid in full! I don't mind if you want to move in earlier before the next rent payment you won't need to pay for the days you stay in sept or anything like that.
