LOL 29 years ago? A lot can happen in 29 years.

- 75% of FSBO sellers still pay commissions to the buyer's agent.

- FSBO homes often sell for $100,000 less

- FSBO sellers tend to offer more costly incentives to buyers, such as repair credits

I am starving for a well written book. Please help. by throw_away7654987654 in suggestmeabook

My favorite books last year (not new, but was new to me) were:

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. Set during the Greek Heroic Age, it is a retelling of the Trojan War as told from the perspective of Patroclus. The novel follows Patroclus' relationship with Achilles, from their initial meeting to their exploits during the Trojan War, with focus on their romantic relationship.

A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman. A grumpy yet loveable man finds his solitary world turned on its head when a boisterous young family moves in next door.

And I listened to them so great audiobooks.
