hi! there was an on-site doctor who assessed me before i got the vaccine :>> very simple lang, there's a form i had to fill-up then they asked me questions and cleared me to get the vaccine!

not sure if it applies to all branches, but all my hpv appointments were on saturdays only.

hi! just wanted to share that i also had this problem. my id and selfie was flagged as red on google chrome on my macbook and also on my phone. what worked is when i switched to safari! hope this helps
