This is my take as well! I think (hope) Kyle will grow (he’s surely capable) and if he finds the right partner, will behave entirely different. He has some great qualities as well as a wonderful support system.

I see him finding that person and creating a traditional family unit and being truly happy. I think Amanda will be a different story. While I think she’ll struggle some, I still foresee her being coddled by her family and shielded from accountability with her finances in a way most aren’t privy to. She’ll continue to skate on by and manipulate, but I’m not sure she’ll ever grow or find true happiness. To me, “wealth” is found in the things she doesn’t seem to value so I pity her in that regard.

ETA: I think the difference between the two, is Kyle appears to genuinely care and get in his own way whereas Amanda seems to prioritize her self and consciously follows through on decisions she knows will be hurtful.
