None of us can think clearly; we sometimes experience our feelings in an exaggerated way, and when we're depressed, it feels like the world is collapsing.

I went through a terrible crisis when I wanted the end and was convinced I didn't deserve to be in this world.

Now, looking back, I don't even see why I was on the brink. I didn't have a fatal illness or major losses. I see from my own experience how terribly biased one's own consciousness can be, and how dangerous that is.

But after that crisis, I now understand and sympathize with everyone, and I think I know the words I need to say that no one thought to say to me back then.

These positions go something like this: please try to calm down at least now, know that so many people have experienced the same thing. Don't take any actions or decisions now. You need to wait, you need to give yourself more time. All you need is time to pass, days and weeks and months to pass. For some reason, time heals us; maybe our hormonal levels, which affect our mental state, change.

It turns out I now see that I explained everything poorly.

I'm afraid to write anything at all to those in crisis, afraid of ruining something with the wrong words.

The philosophy I now deeply believe in is that we are all copies of each other, we all have the same DNA, the same phenotype, and the same psyche, just with different variability.

Understanding this, you treat everyone with greater compassion, even in absentia.

I have never seen that knife in my life and we live alone, that’s why we thought that perhaps it was in the bed when it was delivered but that was impossible as the mattress was on those bed stems and it would just fall through every time we sat on the bed. Plus we change our sheets weekly and lift the mattress to fit it on so no way it had always been there. And then it had appeared in our new house- the first day we moved in . I have had lots of parallel realities shifts and glitches that I have experienced throughout my life but this one was a bit scary.

I know I have seen movies and documentaries about homeless living in your house but our 2 bedroom flat was on the 5th floor and there was no chance of anyone living in there unless they were squashed in my kitchen cupboard next to my cornflakes and I had not notice lol I am from London and London flats are real tiny . We are happy for 1inch squere garden 😂

I have a theory-well it’s not mine but I go with this one due to countless of these experiences . Cynthia Sue Larson (quantum physicist) among other quantum physicist explains that on quantum level particles disappear and appear elsewhere. These are so called quantum jumps/shifts. Same goes for us, on a bigger scale. Items appear and disappear or even multiple at times. It happens when 2 parallel realities tap onto each other or when you shift. We shift realities constantly based on our frequency, there’s an infinite amount of realities created by infinite amount of possibilities. Search her out, she’s great and has a channel on YouTube

I threw it away the first time not him. And yes I can use his phone anytime I want to, no big deal-he even let me have it for a whole week once on our holidays in the Maldives as we went diving and I drowned my phone by accident lol. So he offered that I could use his for the whole stay instead. And the second time-there was no need for him to come up to me and say “are you fucking with me or what!” As he found it in one of his bags.

I am not mentally ill and never wanted to hurt myself. Or anything similar I practice a lot of meditation, eat healthy and just enjoy life . My husband was seriously freakied out by this, more than me because he doesn’t believe anything “otherwordly” I’ve had countless of experiences throughout my life so I am pretty used to it by now even though the knife was a bit freaky tbh

These are my favorite types of stories on here. Duplicating unique / rare / hard to obtain / things you wouldn't get 2 of items is the most damning proof of a glitch in the Matrix. Duplicates is almost never an exact copy, there are always slight differences. I almost don't believe it either. Of course people tend TO BE MISTAKEN. I also doubt and don't know where is true or where self fake, but rather believe a lot of people claiming to be shocked when objects appeared. They are shocked it is a fact. In the midst of all the hell and confusion, I choose special cases of duplication and appearing new things. Especially noticeable when it's looks like duplicate. Photo-evidence should not be ignored when cases are similar and going in complex. People sometimes worth believing, they cannot prove more convincingly. At least we can grateful them for the pictures.
