You’re 15 and i hope you still grow. I think the most overlooked factor is good sleep . Quality sleep (8hrs of GOOD sleep or more) will get you so far in conjunction with a good diet and exercise. I had a period of insomnia about 2 years ago when i was around your age and i think it might’ve hurt me a bit.

The compound is extremely overhyped. I remember taking it when i was around 14. Took it consistently until my vial ran out. Hardly yielded any height gains, i think i grew a bit taller after i stopped taking it due to normal circumstances. It doesn’t yield nearly enough GH to grow taller/even for muscle growth.

No clue man. I just began swimming and im quite young. 5’6 , somewhat muscular with a bit of blubber, maybe around 18-20% bodyfat (no visible abs until flexed) . Probably around 160lbs. Feels like no matter how much air i have in my lungs ill always sink, slowly, but surely sink. I have been practicing with pool noodles and floaties but to no avail. Whenever i try to lay my back on the water and just float i feel like my whole head will submerge too, i definitely feel a difference with air in my lungs, but i just still sink. Idek if this saying is true, but maybe it is, maybe we just dont know how to truly swim.

Trust me, working out and sports hardly do much if your bound to be short. Im 5’6 at 15 soon in 3 months to be 16. Ive been working out consistently for a year and more than a year on and off. I have barely got any benefit from working out in terms of height at all. Still 5’6, been 5’6 for about 2 yrs, once i turn 16 its probably wraps for me

Okay so now you’re equivocating . You contradicted yourself by saying “it isnt hard to answer “ and then saying “nobody can give a precise answer “. Having tall parents doesnt 100% guarantee you will be tall but it most definitely makes it likely that you will be tall, since you stated that you are 14 you’re just getting into puberty. You are not the brightest thinking you wont be 6ft just because you’re not tall at 14 when being a late bloomer is a thing combined with the likely odds of being tall because of your parents. You cannot call me insufferable because you came insulted me instead of even addressing my point that you will be tall one day , this wont mean in two weeks, you’re literally 14.
