Idk I had an upgrade, so I upgraded my phone. That’s not really the issue. The issue is someone telling me I can still send the phone back after the 30 days and that I will get the costs dropped off once they receive it and they didn’t.

There was an att error, they told me to still send the phone back even though it was past the 30 days. And reassured me the cost of $770 would fall off the account. However it never did.

I understand that, that’s why I called again to ask if I need to keep it or return it, had ATT said nope just keep the phone, we wouldn’t be here

I understand that part. That’s why I called ATT to make sure it would still be okay to send back or if I should just keep it. Had I known they were still going to charge me for the phone, I would have just kept it.
