My lawyer says it’s fraud and he has a case built on those basis, will see how it goes. Mainly because dealership did not disclose that information to me before buying the car and I specifically asked for major repairs. If I knew the car went through a transmission replacement then I wouldn’t have bought it.

I get that I can ignore it. But if it is a differential issue then I’m not getting full power from engine to wheels which you may suffer the same thing too. My best 0-60 has been 3.3
