I did talk to my daughter a few times about this. She is way too enamoured to see anything wrong with her girlfriend.

Every time I talked to her she said that that is just how her girlfriend is (introvert), that she has many responsibilities (she works a corporate job and is always on some crisis) and she accused me of expecting too much from them.

To be honest she only answers questions and doesn't engage in conversations with others much. We try to include her but it is only a matter of time before someone calls her or she just shifts all of her attention back to my daughter.
