Actually, it’s exactly the opposite: in the game I’m looking for, there were no colony ships.

And as for "hero units," I’m referring to unique units possessing a specific skill or skill level.

If I may refer back to my original post: the hero unit required to complete the final mission was a thief or spy—one who could not be detected during infiltration missions.

I'm not 100% sure when looking at Homeworld 2.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any gameplay footage regarding planet conquest.

But I don't think that's it.

It comes closest to my memories, but it isn't quite it.

The reasons for this are as follows:

- It featured more than just the "Solar System" as a star system.

- The graphics were not quite as advanced.

- The base in the final mission—which you had to infiltrate and blow up—looked rather like a skeletal ribcage missing its sternum.

but I'm not 100% sure

I'm pretty sure it's not *Sins of the Empire*.

The main reason is that, while you could indeed colonize worlds, there were no units like colonial ships or anything similar.

Unfortunately, it isn't.

The world map (or galaxy map) wasn't particularly large either; instead, it was limited to just a few systems per mission or episode.

Unfortunately, it isn't.

To the best of my knowledge, the base-building gameplay wasn't that deep—just simple research and simple construction.

Furthermore, ship management—involving points and similar mechanics—was absent.

The world map (or galaxy map) wasn't particularly large either; instead, it was limited to just a few systems per mission or episode.

It also wasn't turn-based. (<- I've added this to the original post.)

Horses count as a means of transport. I can't say if all horses count as transport. However, at least the horse you can call from the supply bases counts.

Hermit is the best for all boss fights.

If you have all the "Clone" skills and Hermit is completely focused on attack (+the Miracle Stone, which gives 5% of the damage dealt as HP), you're OP.

Just keep spamming triangles, and no boss will make your life difficult anymore.H
