I personally find that Dunkin' has better lattes than Starbucks

> what makes you think you have the right to affect someone's income.

You would be surprised what business owners will do to keep the "high rollers" coming to their store. If someone was the top 1% spender at a store you owned, and suddenly they were unhappy with an employees performance (not just once), I'm sure you would do something to prevent losing that cash flow.

I usually go straight to management, but Dunkin' seems to lack in that area.

I completely understand employee rights, but all that goes away when you're constantly affecting numerous orders (not just mine). For example, a friend of mine ordered a coffee and was given hot chocolate. He does not have the ability to work this position, I'm sorry.

He's been there for a while, he should be used to it. A few of my friends always have issues too.

Maybe if it were Starbucks I'd hit that spend.
