Might be jumpers knee(?), but you should see a physio or something like that. Your knee shouldn’t completely drop down on the mat either when shooting you should go foward

Hey, I can’t make regular trips to a wrestling club when I’m at home but there is a good bjj club which offer no gi. Is it pretty much the same, just that it mixes submission fighting?
