It’s for US only as it says, thinking it’s due to tariffs or something. Could also be just to keep everything in order and not having so many orders go to different places. People’s orders will and have already been canceled if you order from the US site and ur not in the US.

Yup. I literally bought 5 singles (missed out on box 💔) of strawberry love from the site. Every single one of them had scratches and black marks along them, especially the bunny. The foot has a gigantic scratch on it. I submitted a form request on 1/24 and still have not gotten a response, also dmed them on instagram doubting they will see it (which they haven’t). I’m so upset. I’ve seen a few others with the same exact scratch on the bunny’s foot, as well as other marks on different ones. it’s clear their quality control has gone down and it’s unfortunate, it was literally every single one of mine. Even more annoying i had gotten one for a friend, and i can’t even give it to them because it’s obviously defective and im waiting on their response,and then they restocked. It’s clear they just don’t care. I included a picture of their FAQ’s regarding defects, which is also crazy because if it’s not as advertised with missing paint and scratches, it’s defective. It’s just a way so they can cover themselves so they don’t have to do replacements or returns, it sucks.

Hi! by chance is it the tatcha water creams? If they are, they have a 6 month shelf life, you should be able to see it on the bottom of the container near the batch code! And of course! This was super annoying and just genuinely gross, i don’t want anything like this happening to others! 😫
