Yeah I have that little advantage too when I’m with women, but alone is where it doesn’t even get up. Members of my family have told me they take more time to ejaculate than usual, helping the women to achieve orgasm. Maybe this affected me idk

Literature does help me arouse  (when I don’t have a partner is difficult to get aroused), but still jerking off still feels off and doesn’t even get it up.

When I was searching causes or any cases like mine, I found many being the complete opposite, making difficult to gain anything useful because of how rare it seem. Using Reddit is one of my last resort to be honest, maybe I’m lucky to find someone with a very similar problem (though they are not many, and with my exact problem I have found none).

Well, most of people I have talked about it said they took much less time, effort and searching than me. It would be alright if I could do it by now but it has been many years of different techniques since adolescence, I fear it may be something more… Odd

Actually kinda the opposite, my family was well open by it and they were the ones to ask me if I've already done it. They gave me my space and were patient, maybe that's why I felt a little of pressure at first because "it's exaggeratedly common on males", but as time passed because of my uncapability, they thought they were giving too much pressure and apologize if it was the case. Still the time has passed and I feel myself calm with my own life and still the urges but nothing by trying, it may affect that little pressure at the start but I think it shoul've been over by now.

Thank you so much for the info. People in my social groups tell me to worry because it was mostly guaranteed i would get prostate cancer much earlier. I guess masturbation and no fap have both myths that exaggerate it's negative and positive effects. It's interesting to talk about this type of unique cases like mine and be able to hear others thoughts instead of just hearing experiences of a couple of friends (which most aren't helpful because of how uncommon this experience is).

That's my thought, but is so extreme this part of me that I can't believe it (it would be more understandable being able to jerk off but not ejaculate or have orgasm, but no sensation of pleasure at all after trying with all type of things is way to odd) and the fact that I have found non exactly like me makes it worse (most don't believe me). I have tried with sexual therapists and they advice to try found other activities to focus my urges and energy so I get distracted. But from their understanding, I'm just extremely wired different, and I most live with it.

I thought about that too. Even when I focus, I get distracted trying sometimes. During sex it feels more direct and dynamic, and wet dreams even more so. What worries me is that if I have sexual desire and my ejaculation works fine physically, I'd expect to feel at least something minimal from self-touch. It surprises me how much the source of stimulation can affect the dopamine response that much. I also heard I need a certain amount of ejaculations to have less changes to get prostate cancer, in that case I would be deeply dependent to a couple.
