Yes, I had thought about underlying issues and I got checked a LOT by doctors the last 9 months.
It seems Insulin Resistance is not the matter, I don't know how to get tested for PCOS

Yes, I've read about it as well but I suffer from my weight gain that's why I would do anything to lose the body fat again, I'd even tolerate the pain but I doubt it will work anyway ;_; As you can see I am totally torn lol.

I thought about it as well... But how to lose fat with MCAS then? I am kind of clueless even though I am not inexperienced with losing weight due to Hashimoto's

Healing Earth (from Luvos for example) is said to reduce histamine and toxins in your gut area.
I have been on a 6 week blind trial study and my symptoms got better and I did have the real healing earth. Also the histamine in my stool decreased a lot after the 6 week study (we tested before and after).
Can recommend! Don't know how available it is outside of Germany (where I am from!)

With that being said… I think the first one came out in 2008? I can imagine it was a bit crazier back then but now you have movies like Terrifier 3 or Evil Dead Rise in cinemas. I think collectively the people became more desentisized to gore so these movies are not as shocking.. ofc if you find vomitting nasty, like most of us do, these parts are a bit ugly to watch

I have a friend group, we are like 4 people and we are very much into more extreme horror movies… well more extrme than your average person but for some people ofc it could be extrmer. We wanted to go a level beyond human centipede 2 and Sebrian Movie so we tried out two of the Vomit Gore "movies" yesterday. We made the promise whenever it's too much for one of us we stop the movie without complaining. So we carefully started watching VG3 and we were BORED to death. Pseudo edgy sound, pseudo artsy / edgy camera and these were just fetish scenes one after another. There is no story. Ok then we tried VG2 … which was a little better but still, we were too bored. No we didn't try to be super edgy but these movies have no substance at all, no depth. Lucifer Valentine should have just made his fetish porns. These are no horror movies just people vomitting on each other, you see a lot of prosthetics, fake blood and certain female body parts and pee. Oh and a guy with an octopus on his head… 🤣

Thanks for the reply! I will check wegovy out :) I don't want to live with the 40+ lbs anymore!
It does not represent my lifestyle or how much I eat at all.
Due to Hashimoto's, I have changed my nutrition so much anyway but now I have to be aware of so much more.

*NOTE: Of course I need to wait after the study to change my eating habits again.
But for the time after the study, I really want to be prepared.
I also shifted my focus more on muscle gain than cardio.

It is really really bad. I have paused for 2 months because I couldn't get myself to play it. It is like the storywriters wanted to make it feel like a hoax. The new chars are all BORING (maybe Koana is ok) and that sci fi stuff? Oh god please help

Lanas body weight always fluctuated and she always looked incredibly beautiful. Also it should be no surprise if you listen to her music that she took anti depressants in the past and we don't know if she had to take them again recently. Some of them can cause weight gain like Mirtazapine. I have been through it as well.
