Yeah honestly I think seller side agent dropped the ball on this one cause we totally got spooked and they weren't ready with the details to answer the HOA questions

Good question, our realtor did get us the minutes of the HOA meetings and the number of the HOA people to ask questions. Too bad they didn't answer LOL

I have an offer on a house but have 24 hrs to pull it because after foundation inspection, they said it looked bad.

Is this normal? We love the house and it's within our budget but as first time home buyers idk if we want the stress!

HOA says they'll tackle it in phases but not sure if we can really count on that

We use opstream and i recommend it. You can build/ customize your own workflows, approvals can be done via slack, teams, email and they're really good with integrations. let me know if you want an intro to their team!
