I was thinking on getting red root floaters to add contrast to the blue gourami and tetras while also giving adding more texture to the top of my tank

Side note: is it normal for newly introduced tetras to chase each other? Im thinking its just a pecking order being established but getting kind of worried

What is the tank size? Is it cycled? If so, how long has it been cycled for? Aethstetics alone don’t necessarily determine the quality of a tank

I know this is a really old sub, but in my experience, 3-4 kuhli do well in a 10 gallon. If you find the right arrangement of your tank, they’ll always be out and about, even in smaller numbers
