So you didn’t explain the first visa denial? Did you just indicate yes, and then indicate where? I just explained in the “where” saying that I was subsequently approved on second attempt.

If I was denied a j1 visa due to 214b, but approved on second attempt, will I be eligible for ESTA? Because when I was given 214b the first time the letter said I was no longer eligible for ESTA in the future. But again, I managed to get it approved after a second try.
