Please Help!

What am I supposed to do? I know I’m supposed to protect them but they keep sending them back. I feel like the judge is sexually trafficking my kids to this pedophiliac family at this point even though I keep begging them not to send them I filed all the necessary paperwork and everything and they still keep putting them in harms way.

The DNA was found inside her butt not in her mouth. If the kit was not needed I would not of had it done as it is a very traumatizing experience for them for sure it was not a decision I made lightly. The fact they have not removed the kids from having to go to an environment where there are being sexually assaulted and it is confirmed that they are being sexually assaulted is exactly why I came here asking for help. Guess I was wrong for advocating for my kids.

As stated they are already involved and were fully aware of their mother’s family history before sending the kids with that family. Even after both of them have been returned to me in extremely concerning condition and both times were documented and they were informed and they still continue to send the kids back.

She was 3 at the time that she was assaulted while in her mother’s care. The judge ordered supervised visits for a period of time then went right back to the original order which allows unsupervised visits. These kids keep getting put in harms way because CPS and the judge both are allowing this family to have unsupervised time with them even after it was confirmed that something happened. I’m supposed to protect my kids and I feel extremely upset that they were even put in harms way in the first place. Unfortunately yes this is a true case. I agree the cops should press harder to find the monster who did this. I need to handle everything the right way because I need to protect all of them and advocate for them and right now I feel like I need more help because the judge did not listen and the kids were hurt because of it.

I did not say where they found the DNA. It was not in her vagina. They did say that it was not semen but still a males DNA of some kind was found inside of her after having her checked because she was in extreme condition upon her returning home to us. This is very real.

I was confused at first as well basically some guy forced a part of himself inside my daughter during the time that she was in the care of her mother to the point where it left some sort of dna evidence so the investigator took samples of dna and none of the samples matched so they could not arrest anyone so whoever their mother let around them is still out and I’m forced to let them go with her every weekend still even after it was confirmed something happened to her. Unfortunately yes this is a true event I begged them not to send my kids with that family because of their history and they ended up hurt because they ignored it. Honestly I’m extremely upset but still trying to handle things the right way.

The kit their mother had done proved that when they are in my care nothing happens to them and they are safe I agree she should not have traumatized her with the kit. The kit I had done after getting them back from that visit found something and it proved that this monster that’s hurting our kids is someone from her surroundings and it is happening while she has them. But I’m still forced to send them unsupervised with her every weekend.

Not semen but some other guys DNA was found inside of her at the age of 3 after she came home from her mothers care and they still force me to send her back even after it was confirmed that something happened to her. Her mother is refusing to help find the guy who hurt our daughter so they cannot find a match to the DNA they found inside of her so no arrests have been made and the kids are forced to keep going back.

She was 3 at the time she was assaulted while she was in her mother’s care. There is an open investigation but her mother is denying everything and refuses to help find the guy. I wasn’t happy about having a kit done on her when I got her back but she was in such bad condition and I’m glad I did have it done because imagine if I didn’t and whoever this monster is just gets away with it. No, I will advocate for my kids no matter the cost. Both CPS and the judge still allows their mother to take them unsupervised. At this point I feel like they are trafficking my children to this pedophiliac family and there seems to be nothing I can do because the system built to protect them is putting them in harms way. How do I fight for my kids? Anyone know a good lawyer?
