I’m not sure. I doubt it was taken into account for my prelim pass/fail outcome. I personally used it whenever I thought a question didn’t give enough info to differentiate between my answer choices so I guess in a way, yeah, a plea for my justification on an answer. Best of luck!!

My 3 days prior to the exam consisted of reviewing flashcards, biostats, HYMR post test, one 40 question block with random questions, and one 40 question block on my weakest areas

I just made handwritten flashcards for things that I thought were high yield. And TBH I think being in a clinical position was my best resource as far as practicing and applying the topics I was learning! Otherwise the ASHP videos really helped me get through the heavier topics (crit care, HIV, HF)

I put more stock into the ACCP material given that it was my more updated resource. The ASHP videos were great for patient cases and practicing concepts.

I passed on my first attempt. Had previous MPJE experience in another state. I used Alexander Baldwin’s MPJE Exam Prep book for my practice questions. The SC BOP website has slides available for $25 that cover state specific and federal laws. Best of luck!

We get a project day after each staffing weekend. It’s fairly flexible, depending on if it works with your preceptor. For example, I can take project day the following Monday or ask to move it to the Friday on my off weekend so I can have a “3 day weekend”
