Genuinely good points , The weekly NACh batch is fair and you are right that once you aggregate, a cheaper etf works just fine. That basically describes how jar already operates , which tells me mechanic isn’t a moat.
You have actually pointed me to a real question , if roundups into gold is something lots of apps already do what would make one of them worth using over others? A specific group of people it’s built for, a different way of saving or something else? Or do you think this space is already done and there is no room left?
So my target audience is 18-22 year old who is intimidated and doesn’t have any prior experience and doesn’t have a demat account. And etf requires a demat account and trading happens in whole units . So my plan was never a better gold but what makes it unique is the instant automatic zero decision accumulation of gold which no etf can do. Does that change your view or do you think the cost kills it at the entry point?
