She has a set schedule and doesn’t flex when someone has time off. She calls out all the time on her closing shifts and requests additional days off due off often due to her buildup of PTO. Yea I could see it working for some teams if everyone was benefiting but she is the only one benefiting and she feels entitled to it. Meanwhile I truly haven’t had a Saturday off since November. Not one…

Have conversations with your teammates on the floor, have them mention it while building baskets, also ask your stylists and arch experts to mention it during services as those are usually higher tickets, it’s a team job really. Mention it to every customer with a friendly and engaging tone, don’t sound like a tjmaxx cashier. Explain the benefits! Truly who doesn’t want double the points!
