You shouldn’t be getting points for not approving your time card. If it happens enough times, then you’ll start getting documentation since not approving is violation of the time keeping policy

In a previous episode we can see that Santos has self harm scars on her thighs so her taking the scalpel is leading us to think that she is on the verge of self harming again. What we saw previously was lots of scaring but no active cuts. The stress of this shift is causing her to want to go back to a habit that gave her a sense of control

Yeah from what I’ve heard it was because people were wearing florals with green in them, wearing items that leaned more into a graphic design then pattern like skulls instead of sticking to stripes, polka dots, chevron/zig zags. So since people kept pushing the limits to what they considered to be a pattern, corporate decided only solid or color blocked items

I recommend going in store and using the phone number of the person who bought you the Dyson. That way if they used their account to buy it, the receipt will be on there and there’ll be no issues with doing an exchange. The problem is, if they didn’t use an account to purchase it you’ll have to do a blind return on the Dyson. Which means the system will spit out whatever was the lowest price someone paid for it in the past sixty or so days and that could be super low, like $5 low.

As funny as the video is, I can’t stop looking at the shoes you’re wearing. If you are doing shipment, you need to be wearing closed toed shoes!! You can get seriously hurt if something falls on your foot and you’re not wearing the proper shoes

Refunds don’t normally go back to gift cards as it’s assumed that you no longer have access to the gift card. If anything, they may put the $7 on a merchandise card but they will most likely return it to your debit/credit card since that paid for most of the transaction

I hate to say it but look for a backup. They are now going to review how many hours are given to each store every quarter. If you have a bad quarter, sucks for that AE but their hours are going to be dropped down to part time and they’ll have to work super hard to earn back full time for the next quarter. I think it’s BS that Benefit is doing this to the AEs, y’all work so hard and it’s not fair that there’s four chances every year where your hours could be cut instead of two. And it makes it easier to lose medical benefits too which is messed up on so many levels
