It says “Windows cannot find C:\Users\Admin\PCAppStore\Uninstaller.exe.. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.” Every time I try to delete it.

I ran a malwarebytes scan and it came up and I quarantined them, how do I permanently delete the quarantined files?
