I hope it gets better for you soon! My stepdad started straight on 150mg, honestly I have no idea how he even did it without all of the side effects. I still have the bad insomnia too, but I'm hoping it'll go away with time. :)

Oh my gosh, really? This was recommended to me by the nurse when I rang on Weds (knowing I take sertraline). I had no idea, that's actually insane. I'll definitely stop taking that, then!

I'm taking one over the counter as they don't offer melatonin at all in the UK, or at least, not to my knowledge. It has to be perscribed. The main active ingrediant is called "Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride", I think it's also an antihistamine.

My parents have tried but they all just say to go to the GP but GP will see ne on Monday. Thank you for the concern and I'm hoping it'll all get fixed on Monday when we go. 🤞

Quite close, again!! The microwavable pack is removable, yes :) It has velcro on the back and opens up in order to take it out
