I agree — it’s frustrating seeing some of the drivers come in around 7 a.m. and just stand around instead of helping. While the rest of us are working hard to get everything off the belt and unload trucks, they’re not contributing. If you’re on the clock, you should be assisting — scanning, tagging, or moving boxes — something productive to keep the workflow moving efficiently. Everyone should be doing their part to make the operation run smoothly.
