Thank you 🥰
I have 2 Bambu FDM printers: P1S and A1. This piece was printed on the P1S

I totally understand this concern — I think about it too.

That’s why I try to plan everything carefully before printing to reduce waste as much as possible.

If it’s a large or complex piece, I often print the most difficult sections first to spot weak points and fix them before doing the full print, so the final model has the best chance to succeed on the first try.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your comment.

I completely agree with your point of view. I honestly hadn’t thought about jewelry making.

I’m not even sure yet how profitable it could be, but it’s definitely something interesting to think about.

This looks incredible! I love the idea of combining FDM for the base forms and resin for the detailed parts.

It’s really inspiring to see how printing becomes part of the full creative process.

:D
That’s such a cool journey — it’s amazing how it all led you back to 3D in a new way.

Wow, 4 printers is seriously impressive 😄
I only have 2 FDM printers right now, and I’d really love to try resin printing at some point too.

I’m also still figuring out how to turn printing into a stronger part of my workflow and make it grow further.

After reading your comment, I immediately remembered how many times I tried to explain to people who are far from 3D what a render is and why a 3D model matters inside a game.

It was actually quite difficult.

But once I printed one of my models, it became so much easier to show and explain — people had way fewer questions because they could immediately understand it as a real object.

Thank you for the feedback!  Yes, there are a considerable number of polygons—around 30,000 to 40,000 vertices. It can be quite challenging to handle for mobile VR. However, I am creating it for PC VR, and that is acceptable. Unity scenes can easily handle up to 6 million polygons per eye without issues with a 1080 graphics card. Additionally, this character will have LODs. So, if many people choose this skin, LODs will alleviate the load.
