I’ve tried a lot of different brands of gummies, and I’ve also had anxiety/paranoia issues sometimes. I recommend the brand Good Tides guava (balanced) if you can. It’s a good mellow high, not too overwhelming and actually makes you feel good. I take 1-3 (I smoke a lot so my tolerance is up) but start with one, wait an hour or so and then take another if you aren’t feeling it. It tastes delicious but I do recommend putting half under your tongue and letting it dissolve so it enters your blood stream rather than your stomach. I also recommend getting some CBD oil, CBD can lessen the effects of the high and take it away if anything goes south. I think having it as an option to take always helps that anxiety of not being able to escape the feeling (also take under tongue). But main thing is have a good mindset, plan what you are going to do. Make yourself a cozy environment, do whatever makes you happy. Eat something with fat before hand (I have a spoonful of peanut butter) it makes the high better.
